BETHANN (BURCH) WINTER
Having lived in Slayton with my family for most of my life, I fully understand the market in this area. Putting my knowledge, ability and friendly persona to use for my clients, I pride myself on being honest always and working diligently to satisfy their needs.
I was born in Chicago but moved back to Minnesota when I was an infant, living "Up North" for a short time, in Lake Wilson and Chandler and finally most of my life in Slayton. I grew up on Linden Avenue here and graduated from Slayton High School. There is no place I would rather live than Slayton.
My biggest hobby is spending time with my husband, Troy, and son Tyler and daughter, Samantha. Some of my other interests include stained glass, flower gardening, decorating and cars.

KAREN (CLAUSON) BURCH
Because I grew up on a farm north of Hadley, I still consider Hadley my home town. I graduated from Slayton High School when we were still the Wildcats. I'm definitely a "people" person and enjoy helping our clients find the perfect home and walking with them through all the steps to closing. During the past few years we have seen how successful marketing helps to sell even the most difficult properties. We will strive to continue to develop new and innovative marketing strategies.
My husband Gene passed away in November of 2007. We have two great children, BethAnn and Christopher along with three grandchildren, Mason, Tyler and Samantha whom I enjoy spending time with. I live on Valhalla Island on Lake Shetek. There is nothing better than sipping coffee on the dock early in the morning. Some of my other interests include fishing, birds, flowers, stained glass and playing the organ.
